"THINK BIG | DREAM BIG" National Flight Academy Scholarship

FoFA awards multiple scholarships each year for 8th grade students to attend the National Flight Academy in Pensacola, FL. Scholarship winners will have an above average GPA, a recommendation from their science teacher, include a 250 word essay with their application, and be interviewed by a team of FoFA members. Application window is typically from February-March of the school year.

"Wind Beneath My Wings" Joshua Barber Memorial Scholarship

Each year, FoFA awards a $1000 scholarship to a deserving Fernandina Beach High School senior who is enrolled in the Aviation Technology program. Education pursuits can include a 2 or 4 year college/university, technical school, or trade school. Please note that further study in the aviation field is not a requirement. Applications for this memorial scholarship are typically due by mid April of the student's senior class year.
